Awesome Large Footed Trough Planter! 30"l x 14"w x 14"h w/feet. Made of our Premium Hypertufa this lightweight decorative concrete trough is Slate colored and made using cement, perlite, peat moss, and vermiculite.
Hypertufa makes a great container for all plants as it does not wick out moisture from the soil like terracotta. It insulates plants and roots(like being in the ground) from temperature spikes and drops unlike thin plastic clay or metal pots. It has a substantial appearance of stone at half the weight. Our Premium Hypertufa Trough can be used outdoors year round. Yes, even through the winter. No maintenance required.
Each trough is Handmade by casting Hypertufa into our custom built form. Once cured, it is hand carved to create the authentic look of an Old European style stone trough. At half the weight of stone it is light enough to ship to you FREE in a well packaged box!
This large outdoor planter can be planted with your favorite plants, including succulents, herbs, flowers and more! Place it in the garden, on the porch or patio. Drainage holes have been added to the bottom of the trough.
